NASA SEWP
NewSat is a NASA SEWP VI contract holder, providing federal agencies with streamlined access to variety of IT products and services. This contract supports efficient procurement and innovation across government entities.

Services
NewSat North America is a prime contract holder on NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) VI, Categories A and C. SEWP VI is a government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC) that lets civilian and Department of Defense agencies buy information technology, communications, and audio-visual (ITC/AV) products and services from pre-competed primes.
Ordering period: November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2036.
Contract ceiling: $20 billion.
SEWP contract access fee: 0.34 percent, included in the quoted price.
Orders are placed through the SEWP Quote Request Tool under FAR 16.505.

Category A — ITC/AV Solutions
Category A covers the full range of ITC/AV technology and product-based solutions, including hardware, software, cloud tools, and the services required to install, integrate, test, maintain, and engineer those products. Product-based services are in scope without limitation. General services are in scope when they are part of a product solution.
Through Category A, NewSat provides:

Network and communications infrastructure: routers, switches, optical transport, cable plant, wireless, and related installation and cutover

Unified communications and voice: UCR-CORE and related enterprise voice, collaboration, and call-control solutions

Compute, storage, and end-user systems, from field devices to data-center platforms, including setup and maintenance of compute facilities
-
Cybersecurity products and product-based security engineering tied to the deployed solution

Audio-visual, video, and collaboration systems
-
Cloud and software products, including licenses and implementation tied to the product buy
-
Emerging and mission technology in scope under SEWP VI, including IoT and ISR-related ITC/AV equipment
-
Site surveys, design, installation, integration, testing, training, warranty, and maintenance tied to the products delivered

Category C — Mission-Based ITC/AV Services
Category C is a small-business set-aside for customized services at the mission, program, or project level. It covers ITC/AV services that improve a localized infrastructure by region, program, or mission. Product-only buys belong on Category A. Ancillary hardware and software may be included when they are integral to the service.
Through Category C, NewSat provides:

Network services: design, implementation, operations, and sustainment of LAN, WAN, voice, and data networks for a program or site

Cybersecurity services for mission systems and communications infrastructure

Cloud services scoped to a program or mission environment

IT operations and maintenance, including help desk support where required by the mission

Application and software support tied to communications and C5ISR systems

Information and data services that support network and mission operations

In-scope training on deployed ITC/AV systems

Program management and ancillary support required to deliver the mission solution
-
Innovation services focused on improving the efficiency and resilience of an existing ITC/AV environment

Agencies and authorized support contractors can request a quote through the SEWP Quote Request Tool and select Category A or Category C. Fair opportunity applies within the category. NewSat will respond with a solution scoped to the requirement, including any product content required to deliver the service.

A.1.13 FAIR OPPORTUNITY AND REQUESTS FOR QUOTES
Contractors will be provided a fair opportunity at the individual order level as appropriate per FAR Part 16.505(b), including the SEWP RFQ tools. No documentation for the order selection is required to be submitted with the order. All such documentation is to be maintained by the issuing procurement office.
The Contractor shall not market, quote or otherwise offer for sale, any IT solutions not listed under this contract, until the said solutions are included in the SEWP database of record, and available to all Government end-users.
If the Government issues a Request For Information (RFI) as part of market research, the Contractor may provide items not yet listed on their SEWP contract as part of a market research quote if:
1. all such items are clearly marked as not yet available on their SEWP contract; and
2. the contractor submits a technology refreshment request to add those products to their contract If the Government issues a Request For Quote (RFQ) or a Market Research Request (MRR), the Contractor may only respond with items available on their Contract and the price of each item shall be the no greater than the price in Attachment F SEWP database of record at the time the quote is issued. If the Contractor has insufficient items on their contract to fully respond to the Formal RFQ, the Contractor must respond with a No Bid. Unless the RFQ specifically allows for partial quoted, the Contractor must respond fully to all requirements specified in the RFQ.
When submitting a quote to a government end-user, the contractor must clearly state the length of time the quote is valid. The contractor shall honor any order submitted within the stated time period of a quote.
When responding to an RFI or RFQ issued from the NASA SEWP RFQ on-line quoting system, the Contractor must respond as outlined in Attachment C: Contract Holder User Manual (CHUM).
Contract Holders are prohibited from using Government information posted on the NASA SEWP Contract Holder Only Page, such as RFQs, RFIs, etc., for purposes other than proposing on SEWP requirements. This includes Contract Holders providing third parties with SEWP information and requirements for the purpose of assisting companies, that are not SEWP Contract Holders, with providing unsolicited proposals to meet agency requirements already posted to the NASA SEWP RFQ on-line quoting system.
